Equipment Maintenance

To get the best, longest performance from your equipment, please follow the guidlines listed below:
 
 

Equipment Repair

If you have any problem with your talking book machine, please contact the Upper Peninsula Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped at 1-800-562-8985 for specific instructions on the return, replacement and repair of equipment.

 Please do not repair equipment yourself or take equipment to a local repair shop.
 
 

Notification of Service Changes

To ensure the quality of your talking book service, it is important to contact us as soon as possible if any of following should occur:
