Patron Initiated Interlibrary Loan (PII)

Spies Library Cardholders can borrow books and audio visual materials free of charge from the libraries listed below.  All you have to do is place a hold on the item in the catalog using your library card number and PIN number.  If you do not have a PIN number you can call the library at 863-3911 and get one.  You can borrow from the following libraries:

Interlibrary Loan

If you can't find a book using the resources listed above, we can request a book from a huge database of libraries world-wide through interlibrary loan.  In some cases we can get the book at no charge to our patrons.  We charge a $3.00 fee, payable when you pick up the book on all other loans.  You can place the request in person, by phone, or e-mail.  Please include the book's title and author, along with your name and phone number in the request.
