Step 1

Bring your parent or legal guardian with you to the Circulation Desk on the main floor of the Peter White Public Library.

Step 2

Fill out registration card in ink.  It must be signed by parent or legal guardian who has shown proof of legal address.

Step 3

Carry your library card in a safe place because you must have it with you to check out materials or login to the public access computers.
