Reception for
the Donation of the Lucy Ashmun-Ripley Family Collection. There will be a presentation at 1:15 p.m.
The collection, donated by the family, will be on view. Refreshments
provided by Superior Coffee Roasting Company and an anonymous donation.

Chippewa
County Genealogical Society will meet. Local visual artist,
Bill Gerrish, owner of Homage Creative Arts, will discuss the making of
custom one-of -a -kind shadowboxes. He will share his creative visual
knowledge and love of heritage in examples of his work. There will be
an open discussion of how best to archive those cherished family
keepsakes for generations to come. A research session will follow. Free
and open to the public. |
