Bill Jamerson- History Through Song

July 23 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

It’s Daylight in the Swamps- Journey back to the days of the Lumberjack Camps

Join us Tuesday, July 23, at 7:00 PM in welcoming author, filmmaker, and songwriter Bill Jamerson. Bill Jamerson will bring history alive through music and stories. His program will focus on the lumberjack camps and will include stories about strength, wit, and charm; they are about people extraordinary and ordinary.

The story of lumberjack is a window into the world of our immigrant forefathers. These colorful tales appeal to people of all ages as Bill presents a social history with stories and traditional songs, from the lumberjack era. This program has a “laugh a minute” and appeals to anyone who has an appreciation for the woods, whether as a hunter, camper or simply as a hiker.
