To display and produce programming around the Picturing America series, a collection of our nation's most significant images created to help us understand the history of America through its greatest artistic masterpieces.

 

 

Arts Midwest/National Endowment for the Arts Big Read

2010

To provide our community in discovering or re-discovering a love of reading literature through a month long program surrounding Jack London's Call of the Wild.  This is our library's 3rd Big Read grant.

To conduct a service learning project entitled "Creating A Community That Reads!"-a community awareness campaign on the importance of books, literacy, and reading.

To offer a year long art program entitled "All This and a Bag of Chips, Too!" for students in grades 5-12.
